Testing
We will ask you to complete a suite of psychometric and aptitude tests. These will measure your ability and attitude across several different criteria, including moral flexibility.

Interviews
During our interview process you will meet with at least senior managers. You will also be interviewed by the Head of Training during an assessed interview known as the “Cold Room Interrogation”
Training
Whatever your work background or experience, when you join our firm, you will undergo our Analyst Training Programme. For senior hires, this may take place whilst working, but usually this will be a 3 week intensive programme.
