Our client was struggling with the transition from physical card payments using chip and pin to a new world of contactless payments, especially with the introduction of innovations such as Apple Pay. Our client wanted to know what solutions there were to retain revenue streams from their traditional business.
Our detailed market analysis gave them the bad news that their existing business model was likely to suffer and diminish rapidly with the continued adoption of technology. However, as part of the report, we identified parallel revenue streams which could be easily exploited using their existing staff set-up. The client used this information to successfully pivot into these revenue streams.
