For this South East Asian client, we provided a full end-to-end research and planning process for a new manufacturing plant. This involved early stage market research into product lines and customer demand, then, following selection of the new drugs to introduce, we created a full manufacturing plant design - bringing in specialists on production and packing machinery, operational layout and pharmacology processes. Our detailed report also included a plan for regulatory compliance. Our client requested that we provide on-site management of the construction project to ensure optimal results.

Moriarty & Co was hired to plan a new state-of-the-art pharmaceutical manufacturing facility, with the very best in automation and security in southern China. The client was fed up of theft and corruption in his workforce, so this new facility helped solve it. And it can churn out 10 times the amount of pills than his previous factory.
Pharma expert, Julia, flew in to make sure that the factory was fully optimized for the production of legal prescription drugs.
